Out of Spoons Sweatshirt – Comfort Colors Spoonie & Low Energy Crewneck

Out of Spoons

For the days when the energy is gone before the to-do list is.

The Loved & Threaded™ Out of Spoons Sweatshirt is inspired by that familiar feeling of having completely run out of the physical or mental energy needed to handle one more task.

Sometimes you’re productive. Sometimes you’re pushing through. And sometimes you are simply, officially, out of spoons.

Designed for slow days, recovery days, cozy days, and anyone who appreciates a little humor around limited energy, this relaxed Comfort Colors crewneck makes an easy everyday layer with a message that says it for you.

Whether you connect with spoon theory, chronic illness, neurodivergence, burnout, or just know what it feels like to have absolutely nothing left in the tank, this sweatshirt is made to feel relatable—not complicated.
