Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If something doesn't work out, we're happy to help.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned for a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be received within 30 days of delivery and must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid return labels and direct exchanges are not offered. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Personalized and custom-made items are final sale, except for defects, fulfillment errors, or where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible. We'll review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement or refund. If a return is required, we'll provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
